HiComp, LLC is headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi with four remote offices in Memphis, TN, Mobile, AL, Cleveland, MS and Hattiesburg, MS. We are proud to be an IBM Solution Provider. Just like IBM, we feel that our strength is our personnel, and we currently have 10 associates who each take pride in achieving maximum satisfaction from our clients.
HiComp consists of personnel who represent over 100 years of IBM Information Technology-related experience. We currently hold many IBM certifications including three IBM Certified System i Marketing Specialists, two IBM Certified System i Technical Solutions Professionals, an IBM Certified RPG Programmer, an IBM Certified eServer i5 LPAR Expert, AIX Marketing and Technical Certifications, Midrange and Enterprise Storage Technical Certifications and an IBM Certified E-Commerce Specialist. These certifications, along with a Customer Satisfaction Rating of close to 100%, have allowed our personnel to be considered among the best in our geography.

HiComp has special expertise with Lotus Domino Products and provides our customers with sales, service and support for award-winning products such as Lotus Domino and Notes. HiComp is also experienced with the Tivoli product lines and works with customers to implement network management and data backup solutions. Finally, as an authorized agent for CompuCall, a Distributor for Lexmark, Printronix, DASCOM, Source Technologies and DocPath document management software, HiComp can offer a full range of top-of-the-line printing solutions which are optimized to work in an IBM Systems environment.
